I design products where people, AI and complicated systems have to work together.
Most of my work is in AI products, enterprise tools and services where mistakes matter. I usually come in when the workflow is messy and the product needs clearer decisions.
Work across AI, enterprise operations, multilingual products and healthcare.
I care more about the product decision than the polished screen. These projects show what I changed, the trade-offs I made and what happened after.

Making AI translation faster without handing judgement to the AI.
AI drafts, human review, clear responsibility.

Taking an AI content product from broad capability to a clearer product direction.
Product definition, roadmap, delivery and validation.

Making language access manageable for staff and administrators at the same time.
Enterprise interpretation and translation workflows across devices.
Redesigning care access without creating more work for clinicians.
Patient, provider and operations workflows across one care platform.

Helping people get to language support faster when the situation is already stressful.
Service entry, translator matching and session continuity.

Giving people immediate help without pretending AI should handle everything.
Fast first support, confidence states and human escalation.

Building one product language across mobile, web and enterprise workflows.
Foundations, components, domain patterns and cross-product reuse.
More ownership over time.
My roles have moved from interface work into product definition, design systems, delivery and broader product decisions.
Ghostpen
I lead product definition, roadmap, design, cross-functional alignment and release work for an AI content platform being built from zero.
Tarjimly
I designed Tarjimly Mobile, FirstPass AI, Spark and Reach, and built the shared design system used across mobile and web.
CRIBMD
I led design across patient, clinician, pharmacy, admin and internal operations products, including the cross-platform design system and Design QA process.
I start with the real problem before I touch the interface.
I work on products where the hard part is usually the system behind the screen. Several users. Several workflows. Technical constraints. Real consequences when the product gets something wrong.
I work closely with product and engineering from early framing through delivery. I care about what gets built, why it is being built, how it behaves when things go wrong and what evidence tells us after launch.
The domains I keep returning to are AI, healthcare, humanitarian technology, enterprise tools and multilingual communication.
Working on a product with a lot going on underneath the screen?
I am open to Senior and Lead Product Designer roles across AI products, enterprise tools and complex multi-sided systems.
