About
How I think about product work
I usually work on products where the hard part is the system behind the screen. My job is to understand the workflow, remove unnecessary complexity and make the product easier to use.
I work closely with product and engineering from problem definition through delivery. I also contribute to product direction, prioritisation and roadmap decisions.
Most of my work has been in healthcare, humanitarian tech, enterprise tools, multilingual communication and AI-assisted workflows.
