About
How I think about product work
I work on products where the complexity of the situation is the design problem — not the interface. My work tends to live where AI systems, operational workflows and real human stakes have to function reliably together.
I work closely with engineering and product from early problem framing through to delivery, and I am increasingly involved in product definition, prioritisation and roadmap decisions alongside design execution.
The domains that come up most often in my work: healthcare, humanitarian tech, enterprise tools, multilingual communication, and AI-assisted workflows where the cost of a wrong result is high.
